2. Service Provision

All services are provided subject to:

  • security risk assessment

  • operational approval

  • availability of personnel

  • compliance with local laws

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

  • travel plans

  • security risks

  • schedules and locations

Failure to provide correct information may affect service delivery.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing

  • Services are secured upon agreement and/or deposit payment

  • Full payment terms are agreed prior to deployment

5. Confidentiality

All client information is strictly confidential and handled under professional security protocols. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Operational Rights

  • refuse or terminate services

  • adjust operational planning

  • cancel deployments if safety is compromised

7. Limitation of Liability
